Refund policy

Physical products: If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you - your choice.

Unused physical items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Digital products: Because downloads are delivered instantly, they are not returnable - but if you have any problem with your files, contact us and we will make it right.

Personalized products: Custom-made items (such as the personalized ornament) can only be remade or refunded if they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.
